Returns and exchanges

1. Warranty after making a purchase

All Adara Home products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. To find out the warranty period, you must check each product sheet where you can locate the warranty validity period.

2. When a product can be returned

Adara Home provides you with a 30-night trial period to test the mattresses purchased.

Within the first 14 days you can return or exchange your mattress as long as it is in its original packaging and has not been used.

Additionally, Adara Home offers all its customers an exceptional warranty period of Warranty of 30 nights trial, 30 days during which you can opt to change the mattress model for another that better suits your needs. In this case, the product may have been unpacked and/or used.

Transport costs incurred by the return will always be borne by the customer.

Bedding, pillows, upholstered bases, bed bases, and storage beds have neither exchange nor return.

3. When a product can be exchanged

Mattresses are a hygienic product that legally cannot be exchanged, but Adara Home allows its customers within the first 30 days to exercise the Warranty of 30 nights trial through which the mattress exchange is made. (See section 6.2 Terms of use)

The Warranty of 30 nights trial from Adara Home is part of our company philosophy, committed to the rest of our customers. Remember that if you make use of the Warranty of 30 nights trial, the new mattress we deliver to you will not have the right of withdrawal, even if it is perfectly packaged.

Transport costs incurred by the return will always be borne by the customer.

Bedding, pillows, upholstered bases, bed bases, and fixed or folding storage beds have neither exchange nor return.

4. Why some products have no exchange or return

It should be noted that many of the products that make up a rest system are hygienic, which is why both bedding and pillows are exempt from any type of exchange or return.

Upholstered bases, storage beds, and bed bases are customized products made for the customer with the fabrics and specifications previously selected.

5. What to do to exchange a product or make a return

To exercise your right to exchange or return you must contact the Adara Home claims department directly. They will analyze your case and inform you of the procedures you must carry out to complete the exchange or return.

6. Deadlines for returning or exchanging a product

Whenever a product is returned, it must be done within the first 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

For mattress exchanges, you have a Warranty of 30 nights trial from Adara Home.

7. Conditions when the price changes at the time of making an exchange

Also, in the case of model exchange from Adara Home if the price of the chosen one is lower, we will refund you the price difference.

If the price is higher, the customer must pay the difference for the exchange to be made.

The primary goal of Adara Home is for you to get the proper and desired rest. All mattress exchanges will be made following these conditions and for a mattress of the same category or nature.

8. Transport costs for an exchange or return

The transport cost for an exchange or return is €50 for mattress returns in mainland Spain and €70 when in the Balearic Islands or Andorra, provided the product is in its original packaging and has not been used.

Also, within 30 days of receiving the mattress, you can exercise the right to exchange; in this case, the transport cost is €100 for mainland Spain and €120 for the Balearic Islands and Andorra. (See section 6.2 Terms of use)
