Returns and exchanges

1. Warranty after Making a Purchase

All Adara Home products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. To find out the warranty period, you should refer to each product's specification sheet where you can locate the validity period of the warranty.

2. When Can a Product Be Returned

Adara Home provides a 30-night trial period for testing purchased mattresses.

Within the first 14 days, you can return or exchange your mattress as long as it is in its original packaging and hasn't been used.

Additionally, Adara Home offers an exceptional 30-night trial warranty, 30 days during which you can opt to exchange the mattress model for another that better suits your needs. In this case, the product may have been unpacked and/or used.

The return transportation costs will always be borne by the customer.

Bedding, pillows, upholstered bases, bed frames, and fixed or folding bed bases are not eligible for exchange or return.

3. When Can a Product Be Exchanged

Mattresses are a hygienic product that legally cannot be exchanged, but Adara Home allows its customers to exercise the 30-night trial warranty within the first 30 days, during which the mattress can be exchanged. (See section 6.2 Terms of Use)

The 30-night trial warranty from Adara Home is part of our company philosophy, committed to the rest of our customers. Remember that if you make use of the 30-night trial warranty, the new mattress we deliver to you will not have the right of withdrawal, even if it is perfectly packaged.

The return transportation costs will always be borne by the customer.

Bedding, pillows, upholstered bases, bed frames, and fixed or folding bed bases are not eligible for exchange or return.

4. Why Some Products Cannot Be Exchanged or Returned

It's important to note that many of the components of a sleep system are hygienic, which is why both bedding and pillows are exempt from any kind of exchange or return.

Upholstered bases, bed frames, and bed bases are personalized products manufactured for the customer and with the fabrics and specifications that have been previously selected.

5. What Should You Do to Exchange or Return a Product

To exercise your right to exchange or return, you must directly contact Adara Home's customer service department. They will analyze your case and inform you of the necessary steps to complete the exchange or return.

6. Deadlines for Product Returns or Exchanges

Any product return must be made within the first 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

For mattress exchanges, you have a 30-night trial warranty from Adara Home.

7. Conditions When Price Changes at the Time of an Exchange

In addition, in the case of changing to a different model from Adara Home, if the chosen product's price is lower, we will refund the price difference.

If the price is higher, the customer will need to pay the difference for the exchange to take place.

The primary goal of Adara Home is to ensure you achieve the appropriate and desired rest. Any mattress exchange will adhere to these conditions and will involve a mattress of the same category or nature.

8. Transportation Costs for an Exchange or Return

The cost of transportation for an exchange or return is €50 for mattress returns in peninsular Spain and €70 for the Balearic Islands or Andorra, provided that the product is in its original packaging and hasn't been used.

Furthermore, within 30 days of receiving the mattress, you can exercise the right to exchange. In this case, the transportation cost is €100 for peninsular Spain and €120 for the Balearic Islands and Andorra. (See section 6.2 Terms of Use)
