Sustainable production

At our company, we pride ourselves on using only sustainably sourced natural products, ensuring their durability and potential for recycling.

We constantly seek to use the most outstanding materials and have adapted our production model to optimise utilisation, sustainability and recycling.

In addition, all surplus material is carefully collected, separated and recycled, demonstrating our firm commitment to the environment.

Low carbon footprint

In our commitment to the environment, we manufacture our mattresses to order and roll them up the same day.

This practice allows us to significantly reduce the carbon footprint of each shipment, without compromising the properties and quality of our mattresses.

By using a process that allows us to pack more boxes in less space, we achieve much more efficient and sustainable shipments.

Clean Energy

To significantly reduce our dependence on conventional energy sources and combat climate change, we have implemented a solar panel system in our facilities.

Thanks to this investment in solar energy, a large part of the electricity used in the manufacture of our mattresses comes from clean and renewable sources, thus reducing our carbon emissions and contributing to a healthier environment for everyone.

We are committed to continuing to move towards a more sustainable future, demonstrating that quality and eco-responsibility can go hand in hand in the production of our products.

Sustainable Cotton

We work closely with suppliers committed to responsible agricultural practices and the production of organic cotton, which minimizes the use of pesticides and reduces the negative impact on the environment.

Additionally, we promote transparency throughout the supply chain, from harvest to manufacturing, to ensure that our cotton products are of the highest quality and that our customers can feel good about choosing us.

Our commitment to sustainable cotton not only improves the quality of our products but also contributes to preserving the health of the land and farming communities.

Quality Merino Wool

Merino wool is valued for its softness, durability, and insulating properties, making it a sustainable choice for the manufacture of our products.

This wool comes from an ancient breed of sheep that have evolved to survive in very extreme environments through their super insulated coat.

Merino sheep have developed a super thick yet lightweight coat that allows them to survive in freezing climates without overheating under the sun.

This incredible sheep comes from the mountains of New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Turkey, and Italy, where they need their coat to stay warm, but also light enough to allow them to move.

Waste Reduction and Recycling

Through the reuse and recycling of materials, as well as the constant search for eco-friendly solutions, we work tirelessly to reduce our environmental impact.

Additionally, we encourage our employees, customers, and suppliers to join our mission to reduce, reuse, and recycle, creating together a cleaner and more sustainable environment for future generations.

Verified production

In our constant quest for sustainability, we opt for sustainably sourced natural products and ensure their durability and recycling potential.

Our production model has been adapted to maximise utilisation, sustainability and recycling, using the best materials available.

In addition, all surplus material is collected, separated and recycled, reaffirming our commitment to an eco-friendly approach at every step of our manufacturing process.
